Inside Sales (Prospector)
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Identify new business opportunities through the use of email, phone and social media to introduce SmartOSC and set up meetings for the Sales Manager within the target market.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how SmartOSC’s solutions will speak to those needs.
Follow up on leads until the meeting is scheduled.
Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
At least 1year B2B sales experience
Good researching and database management skills.
Good knowledge of the Internet and E-commerce is an advantage.
Excellent communication in English, has the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, detailed oriented and ability to work without much supervision.
Hungry to grow, desire to succeed with a “never give up” spirit.
Training on everything that you may need including but not limited to communication, problem-solving, negotiation and sales.
