Overview: As the Marketing and Business Development Associate for our esteemed English boarding school in the Philippines, you will be an integral part of our efforts to expand our presence in Vietnam. Your role will focus on supporting the Marketing and Business Development Manager in establishing and nurturing relationships with business partners, recruiting students from Vietnam, and enhancing the school's brand awareness in the Vietnamese market. This is a remote position that requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partner Support:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business partners, including education agents, schools, and relevant organizations in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Specialist to maintain productive relationships with key partners.
- Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements that align with the school's strategic goals.
- Provide assistance and resources to partners to ensure their success in recruiting students for our school.
2. Student Recruitment Assistance:
- Work alongside the Marketing and Business Development Specialist to contribute to the development and execution of student recruitment strategies tailored to the Vietnamese market.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and networking events.
- Support prospective students and their families through the application and enrollment process, providing information and guidance as needed.
3. Brand Awareness Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help implement marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing the school's visibility and reputation in Vietnam.
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Contribute to maintaining consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights for data-driven adjustments.
- Represent the school at local events, workshops, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness when required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager.
- Able to travel within Vietnam or other countries as requested.
