In this role, you will be an essential part of the company and get a high degree of personal responsibility. People are our most valuable asset. Responsibilities include:
- Controlling freight rates for respective trade lanes.
- Ensure freight charges are properly inputted into the system within a timeline.
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure accuracy of sea freight and other charges invoices
- Send debit notes to customers.
- Handle requirements/ requests from customers and MSC foreign agents regarding to freight rates
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team manager.

- Excellent communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn work flow applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization .
- Ability to execute project activities of high complexity within stretch time lines and in a dynamic environment.
- Candidates with industry related knowledge and experiences working in shipping lines /forwarders are prioritized.
