ESL Teacher for Kindergarten

We would like to hire one English teacher for a part-time teaching position at our Bizzy-Bees Kindergarten in Da Nang.

The Kindergarten is managed by a Vietnamese/European couple and our target is to achieve the highest standards in terms of kids’ well-being, development and learning.

To achieve the above, we believe that highly motivated and dedicated teachers with great skills and the right attitude is paramount for the success of our endeavours.

? THE JOB:

You will teach English to kids aged between 1.5 and 5 years old and you will be responsible for designing and preparing engaging and fun activities. The class size will be limited to 15 kids, and you will be assisted by a local Vietnamese teacher. You will teach English through fun, relevant and engaging activities so that kids learn while having great fun.

Teaching hours: roughly 18 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Start date: as soon as possible.

Contract length: 1 year, renewable.

? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Is passionate about kids’ learning and development.

- Has a great degree of autonomy with a “Yes, we can!” attitude.

- Has the skills to make the class have great fun while learning.

- Is curious and always willing to try and learn.

- Possess a bachelor degree in early childhood education (or equivalent), delivered by a Western English speaking institution (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New-Zealand, Malta,…).

- Has at least 3 years working experience as a teacher, preferably in a kindergarten.

- Possess a TEFL or TESOL certification that is accredited by a reputable accreditation body.

- A TEYL certification is a plus.
