• Supervise and ensure all operational departments run smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle arising issues during operations (e.g., customer complaints, equipment failures, staff conflicts).
• Manage and control the restaurant’s budget, expenses, revenue, and operational profit.
• Conduct periodic staff performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure work schedules are arranged logically, tasks are clearly assigned, and a positive, professional working environment is maintained.
• Interact with customers, listen to feedback, and ensure every guest experience is positive.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with food safety regulations, labor laws, business licensing requirements, and other legal regulations.

• Foreign candidate required.
