Welcome guests and connect them with suitable staff
Receive and deliver correspondence, newspapers, documents
Collecting payments/ deposit from customers and report daily to supervisors
Manage the residence facilities, swimming pool, tennis court, etc.
Solve customer demand, requests or transfer to the appropriate departments to handle
Provide any mean of help as necessary to support the resident at the working site
Check the equipments + public area twice a day to make sure everything is running correctly
Other duties as and when assigned by Supervisors

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Height: from 1m57 or above
Like to wear make-up
Able to communicate in English (especially listening and speaking skill)
Can work on weekends and holidays
Experiences in the same position or event staff is a plus
Willing to work under high pressure
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Friendly, supportive and highly responsible
