1. Research and coordinate major investigations/ inspections
Research information related to case/ subjects by different ways.
Help design and develop ENV and/ or law enforcement-partnered investigations
Conduct surveys and field research independently and with partner agencies
2. Law enforcement liaison
Serve as principal liaison in coordinating between ENV and law enforcement agencies on major cases and facilitate cooperation between Vietnam and authorities abroad on cases involving trans-border wildlife crime
3. Report
Produce quality detailed reports resulting from investigations/ inspection mission.
4. Communication
Provide the management team with regular updates on all important aspects of investigations that are underway.
Work and communicate closely with other relevant departments within ENV, especially the Wildlife Crime Unit.
5. Other duties:
Complete other duties and assignments as specified by ENV managers

College degree required
Investigation and law enforcement training preferred
Strong Vietnamese writing skills
Fluent verbal and written English
Excellent communications skills
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
