Develops and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department
Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provides feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. Provides feedback to Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
Works continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales and supervisory procedures & practices.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Bachelors/College degree of any field with at least 2 years experience as Customer Services in E-commerce, Logistics.
• Willing to learn and take challenges in a start-up environment.
• Smart, creative, honest, hardworking and positive thinking.
• Excellent decision making, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Flexibility to work on rotating schedule (48 hours, 6 days/week).
+ Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm
+ Sat, Sun: 9am - 6pm
