JKA is now hiring 05 Customer Service Specialist in Hochiminh office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Proper call handling, phone etiquette, and message from US customers.
• Answering Customer’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues
• Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, phone, message…
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and police manner following the processes
• Proactive in attending to customers' needs and solving their issues.
• Communicate with various departments to maintain goodwill and to solve customers' issues
• Be able to work on flexible time when needed
• Be entitled to train advanced English in business
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent in English verbal and communication skills
• Experience in customer servicing line is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, on the telephone or in writing
• Very patient and dedicated in handling concerns from different types of customers to provide exceptional service
• Very independent and highly motivated to learn and able to learn new concepts quickly and apply to assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Good task management and cross-functional team coordination skills
• Ability to think about work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative
