Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Scheduling: Allocate audit team; Follow up for client's confirmation; Collect client's document/ update
Post schedule: Prepare audit plan; Send audit plan to client
Logistics: Book car/ air ticket/ train ticket; Visa application; Hotel booking
Audit package: Send audit pack to audit team; Change status to Frozen – Done
Follow Report: Draft report/ Final report; Collect Attendance list
Review report
Draft Certificate: Send draft cert to client; Follow up f or client's confirmation;
Issue Certificate: Print Cert, save scan copy to client folder and upload cert to Siebel; Check payment; Send cert to client
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major
At least 2-3 years working experience as Sales Amin, Customer Service position
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of ISO is a big advantage
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
Can work independently under pressure
