MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:

 Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

 Scheduling: Allocate audit team; Follow up for client's confirmation; Collect client's document/ update

 Post schedule: Prepare audit plan; Send audit plan to client

 Logistics: Book car/ air ticket/ train ticket; Visa application; Hotel booking

 Audit package: Send audit pack to audit team; Change status to Frozen – Done

 Follow Report: Draft report/ Final report; Collect Attendance list

 Review report

 Draft Certificate: Send draft cert to client; Follow up f or client's confirmation;

 Issue Certificate: Print Cert, save scan copy to client folder and upload cert to Siebel; Check payment; Send cert to client

Candidate Profile:

 Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major

 At least 2-3 years working experience as Sales Amin, Customer Service position

 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 Knowledge of ISO is a big advantage

 Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English

 Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

 Can work independently under pressure
