- Handle inbound / outbound communications with customers on the following channels: Phone call, email, Social messenger, Social post moderations
- Manage the CRM system to ensure the accurate record of customer interactions on CRM activity history, and be the main point of contact for all Customer interactions
- Create and process Support to solve customer issue and ensure accuracy and cleanliness of customer database in CRM
- Provide customer with requested information in a professional, concise and polite manner
- Redirect the customer to the relevant interlocutor if required (e.g. B2B, store manager...)
- Be fully trained and informed on the brand news, products, loyalty program, marketing activities
- Follow up the info of Delivery tool and External delivery platform to ensure orders are delivered on time. Raise any issue encountered to management and suggest the improvement to optimize customer experiences.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Graduating from University, College with the major of Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Public Relation, etc.
- Having over 1 year of experience in a call center.
- Expertise in oral communication for customer
- Customer Centric mindset
- Proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
- Problem identification and solving
- Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office,
- At ease with digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a shift planning environment
