Mô tả công việc
- Complete monthly payroll for all employees nationwide
- Sales incentive: closely working with sales group for calculation.
- Personal income tax: monthly declaration and yearly finalization.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees
- Complete social, health and unemployment insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month
- Follow the sickness leave, maternity leave, etc to do the payment procedure of social allowance.
- Execute headcount budget planning
- Coordinate with HRBP plant for mandatory insurance payment and audit.
- Manage health care insurance.
- Compliance with internal/external auditors regarding payroll/cost and regulatory.
Others:
- Performance management and year-end review for production group
- Job mapping and salary benchmark together with C&B Lead and HR Manager
- Execute annual salary survey
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager, C&B Lead
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Job Requirements:University graduation, at least 5 year-experience in similar position in MNC. Experience in payroll for multi entities.
- Good knowledge in Labor Code and P.I.T
- Professional in MS. Excel with analytical ability.
- Good interpersonal skill, team working, logical thinking and time management
- Good English communication
