Duties:
• Work collaboratively with the managers and team to maximize productivity
• Find the sponsorship for music project
• Assist in the development and organization of marketing, press and proposal including research,, influencer outreach, press calendars, end of campaign reports
• Work collaboratively with GM to request any graphics or video assets for marketing projects and partnerships
• Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments/provide reminders for talent
Manage social media, including:
• Gathering data to support the social media plan strategy for upcoming single releases.
• Develop social media delivery analyses including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
• Assist in execution of social media plans; maintaining social media plans
• Analyzing social media delivery and proof of performance recaps. Using syndicated research to analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for specific media vehicles, including music, fashion, lifestyles and social campaigns.
• Monitor market for new media trends and advertising opportunities to increase income for Suboi's social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
• Develop monthly reports on assigned tasks
Work with 3rd party: Music Distributions, Partnership, Sponsorship, Agency, Social media bookings

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing, Business or Management related fields
• Knowledgeable about the music market and keep up to date with trends and changes.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Photoshop, Illustrator skill is a plus
• Fluency in written and verbal skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Responsible, highly motivated, detail, careful, discretion, trustworthiness and tech-driven
• Preferred skills: time management, creativity, and project coordination, keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Term: full time job
