Mô tả công việc
- Design and deliver soft skill training for staffs from level Senior up .
- Evaluate training effectiveness after training.
- Set up annual training plan for Marketing Center. Work closely with Leaders and Managers for training activities and training plan arrangement.
- Assess training staffs’ skills and performance.
- Effectively manage the training material budget.
- Ensure all training activities documentations are well-arranged.
- And other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- University Bachelor with major in Banking/ Finance/ Insurance
- At least 3 years training experience in Banking/ Finance/ Insurance
- Solid knowledge of banking & finance in general
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong in management, organization, planning & training skills such as design, implement and evaluation.
- Experience in internal events organization and/or sales experience is recommended
- Good at English communication.
