Mô tả công việc

The scope of work includes: ● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Explain technical features of blockchain products to customers ● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ● Handle customer interactions via social channels such as Facebook, Telegram,... ● Process customer accounts and file documents. ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ● Take the extra mile to engage customers ● Ready to work overnight when necessary

The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills: ● Proven customer support experience or having customer service mindset ● Having 1-2 year experience in crypto/ blockchain or technical background ● Excellent communication and presentation skills in English ● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ● Close attention to detail. ● You self-described as some combination of the following: adaptable, collaborative, creative, proactive and curious.
