We are looking for Business Development Executive! ???

? Job Responsibilities:

+ Pro-actively search for new leads and study the market trends and opportunities

+ Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social medias) to identify new leads and potential new markets

+ Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about Outsourcing

+ Developing quotes and proposals

? Job Requirements:

+ Min 2-year experience

+ Excellent English proficiency – both speaking and writing

+ Able to speak European languages is a plus

+ Background on Sales, Account Management in the BPO industry is a plus

?Working schedule:

+ 8 hours/ day Mon to Friday (Able to work at night shift (flexible 2-3 hours when required)
