MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who is passionate about working in an active F&B environment.

You will be responsible for :

-- Hire bar staff

-- Schedule work shifts

-- Maintain bar supplies and restock whenever necessary

-- Ensure licensing regulations are maintained

-- Step in to solve customer disputes and/or address their complaints.

-- Keep track of the bar’s budget and expenditure.

-- Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within standards quality guest services and amenities

-- Creating a good base service knowledge throughout the team, before specializing on individual strength.

-- Product focused training

-- Educational: training the staff but also management to maintain an educational and interesting training

-- Develop and communicate a unique service style with the service team
