MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

60% Membership Sales
- Manage staff schedules
- Achieve weekend targets
- Conduct 8 step tours, including T.O.’ing
- Complete Managing for Peak Performance Training course
- Achieve personal sales targets
- Perform New Member follow up calls
- Perform Missed Sale calls
- Book 100% of all new members for a Workout 1
- Book 80% of all missed sales for a Workout 1
- Achieve 30% at POS PT penetration
20% Team Management
- Assist to recruit, train, counsel, supervise and motivate staff
- Liaison with PT, Group X and Yoga departments to promote programs offered by these departments
- Ensure team has active involvement in Daily Staff Line-up Program
- Lead Production meetings in the absence of the SM; report issues, updates and training status
- Develop Senior to become Team Leader by role-modeling
10% Lead Management
- Book a minimum of 10 appointments per day
- Achieve a minimum of 2 appointment shows per day
- Collect minimum 20 referral leads a day
- Obtain leads within the community using Company provided marketing tools
- Generate leads through member promotions and events, member referrals and the dissemination of Company marketing collateral
- Ensure team books and follows up with appointments on daily basis
- Responsible for generating leads/new business internally through member promotions and events, member referrals and the dissemination of Company marketing collateral
