Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Pipelines
- Build and maintain data pipelines for Amazon SP-API, Advertising API, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Collect and process product reviews, sales, advertising, and financial data into structured formats.
Automation & AI Solutions
- Design and implement automation scripts to optimize daily business processes (e.g., review analysis, campaign optimization, forecasting).
- Apply AI/ML models (e.g., clustering, sentiment analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection) to generate actionable insights.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace) into workflows for tasks such as content generation, classification, and summarization.
Collaboration & Business Impact
- Work closely with business teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide dashboards and automated reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure AI/automation projects are well-documented, tested, and scalable.

Requirements Must-Have:
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, API handling, web scraping).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases or cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., HuggingFace, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace data (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).
- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search.
- Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

- Problem-solver with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.
- Capable of balancing speed (80/20 solutions) with long-term scalability.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate closely with international teams.
