WE ARE HIRING ACCOUNTANT AND ASSISTANT PROGRAM COORDINATOR!

1. Job Description

- Assisting the coordinators in the Masters’programs (MBA, Master of Marketing and Communications) to contact, to maintain relations with new candidates and students;

- Helping to prepare data and documents for the payrolls of lecturers and staff, but also for tax authorities and financial reports;

- Other administrative tasks.

2. Requirements

- College or university graduates with accounting background and intermediate English competence - both verbal and written;

- First experience with accounting is preferable;

- Eager to deal with multiple tasks;

- Experienced with Excel;

- Integer, accurate character.

3. Working hours

- For days without class sessions, your working hours are from 9am - 6pm;

- For days of offline-class sessions, your working hours are from 5pm-8pm on weekdays and on Saturdays it depends on the class’ time;

- For online class-sessions, you will be monitoring from 6pm-9pm.
