MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

You will assist all legal matters and limit the legal risks for the company.

Key duties:

➤Draft, review and advise contracts / agreements (lease agreement / tenancy agreement, …) required by the Company

➤Assist Senior Legal Manager with the management of Legal team

➤Provide legal advice and services in relation to the business activities, projects and operation

➤Licensing application, Adhoc legal advice, Legal Update

The candidate we are looking for:

- Law degree, knowledge on real estate laws, enterprise, investment, labor, commerce.

- 5+ years of law experience in general and 3+ years in real estate business

- Fluent English speaking and writing.

- Good and confident skills of communication and management of matter/files.
