Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Expertise in polygonal and sculpting to deliver photorealistic 3D models using industry software.
Visualize, gather, reference, and work collaboratively to create and deliver high-end 3D models for high-res stills, film, animations and visual effects.
Create, manage and optimize VFX assets.
Optimize VFX effects to fit design and technical constraints.
Collaborate with internal Teams to deliver projects on time.
Maintain and adhere to a consistent art style as required, provide creative and technical assistance.
Develop, update and optimize workflows and tool chains, cultivate an organized and disciplined workflow.
Take direction from leads and contribute new concepts for projects during design and development phases.
Meet development schedules and support the integration and testing of the developed applications.
Report line
Report directly to Production Manager and Chairman.
Training period
Before fully taking over the position, you will be required to train:
Team structure/ workflow of clients/ internal procedures.
Internal management systems.
Other internal workshops and training from time to time to enhance the skills continuously.
Working schedule
You will work in different to have high flexibility and fluidity to engage with clients all around the world, operating and accommodating within different time zones. Shifts will be rotated weekly.
Morning: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
Evening: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM
Working location
4th-5th floor, 617-621 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC, Vietnam.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Minimum 3 years of experience with 3D/VFX work in a similar position and a balanced portfolio.
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Vietnamese.
Extensive knowledge of Cinema 4D and After Effects or other VFX authoring packages.
A cultivated aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.
Familiarity with rendering engines.
Technical knowledge and expertise in creating visual effects and rendering pipelines.
Sound knowledge of lighting and particle effects.
Ability to interpret and transform abstract ideas into compelling effects.
Experience and knowledge of animation techniques.
A high level of comfort with scripting tools.
Ability to accept feedback and implement suggestions.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
