Mô tả công việc
Coordinate with concerned departments in order to:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with costumers and production lines.
Manage customer and sales order information.
Delivery goods on time to export / domestic customers based on the delivery and agreed payment term.
Monitor Semi-Products and Finished Goods Inventory level.
Collaborate with Production / Procurement / Logicsitc team.
MAIN DUTIES:
Coordinate with sale to develop weekly/monthly/quarterly sale forecast
Receive, negotiate, confirm customers order information, including products, quantity, payment, and delivery
Coordinate with Supply Chain planning to manage production properly
Follow up payments from customers based on the agree payment terms and validate related documents.
Collect, confirm, and follow up shipping related instruction and documents
Collect customer’s concerns / complaint and coordinate with related parties to resolve issues
Maintain & develop good relationship internal & external company to perform assigned tasks.
Other assignments from manager related to customers service function.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
2 to 4 years of Customer services/Sale admin experience.
Customer service orientation; displays proper sense of urgency regarding customer needs.
Ability to speak clearly and listen with understanding in both Vietnamese and Chinese.
Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of logistics (export) and specifically customer services and order processing procedures is an advantage.
